Product Description
This air purifier offers high-level purification in rooms up to 32 m2, with an H13 HEPA filter that can capture up to 99.95% of microfine airborne particles. It includes three different fan speeds and a sleep mode. The timer function provides three different automatic shut-off times (up to eight hours).
When operating in Auto mode, this device will adjust the purification level based on the sensor’s detection data, which monitors the air quality. The included anion generator works by creating negative ions to help remove pollutants via electrostatic attraction.

This product has been a life saver it so cool it works as fan plus makes the air feel so clean around me, only problem for the first week I had put the filter in the wrong way around, but after working that out, my only other fault is it doesn’t have a remote so i can laid around and adjust it. But i feel if it did have a remote it probably would cost so much more!

Just bought the unit and seems to be effective , should the air coming out of it be so cold ? Where do I get replacement filters please, the link you provided to Anne (above) does sharp filters Not Sterling ?. Where can I buy the in Australia ? Thank you

Overall I am happy with the product, I feel it does make a difference to the air quality and my allergies improved, however the replace filter indicator has come on and I am unable to find a replacement filter online rendering the product useless. Why are replacements filters not readily available?

I am so sorry to hear about your experience with this product. If the air purifying effect is poor, this may be because the filters have been installed incorrectly – please see page 11 of the instruction manual (https://stirlingappliances.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2022/09/USER-MANUAL.pdf) for information. This air purifier is also suitable for room size up to 32 m^2, so if you room is larger than this, the purifying effect may be reduced.
If the purifying effect is still weak, I would recommend contacting our after sales support centre for further assistance, on 1300 112 534 (Monday to Saturday 8:30am – 6pm).

Hi, I just bought the unit from Aldi. When installing the filter, which side should it face in/out? Should the carbon (black) face out and HEPA (white) face in?
