    I bought this machine end of June months and it’s nightmare for us be in house it’s moving forward backwards moving left and right making loud noise whole spinning and vibration is scary it not good washer in house for safety reason as well kids around!

      Hi Kuldeep. Sorry to hear this, however it sounds like you may not have removed the transit bolts from the washing machine. Please check the instruction manual – front load washing machines come with transit bolts to bolt the drum in place during transport to avoid damage, and you are meant to remove these once you install the appliance, there are warning stickers all over the machine and the door which you would need to peel off before first use. Can you please confirm if you have removed these transit bolts? If you need further assistance, please give us a call on 1300 112 534.

    The machine works well, and clothes are clean and fresh.
    The machine is no louder than my previous machine, noise is definitely not an issue.
    The 1200rpm spin cycle saves drying time. The short cycle is handy as is the daily wash cycle, which runs for 1:20.

    I found it important to read the washing instructions on pg20-21 of the manual, as different wash programs/cycles have load restrictions i.e short cycle load can be no more than 2.5kgs, daily wash is 8kgs, synthetic 30 is 4kgs. My guess is that different fabrics weigh more than others when wet, and for the short load to clean properly the drum can’t be as full.

    The only downside I have found is that the Stirling App doesn’t work with the current versions of android. Hoping that there is an update or fix for this soon?

    I have just purchased this machine and it is not spinning the water out of the clothes. They are still dripping wet when cycle is finished
    Even used the 1200 speed.

    I have just bought this washing machine.The hose is too short to fit the cold water tap. Can we get a longer one. Thanks. Anne

      Hi Anne,

      Thanks for your message. We only have one size of hose which is usually fine for most setups, your machine must be a bit further away from the tap. I’m sorry but we’re unable to provide another size hose, you may need to go to a hardware store like Bunnings to get a longer one.

    Had this in storage until our house was ready then finally used it for the first time. Complete disaster. This machine vibrated and moved so much is walked itself out of it’s location, pulled the hose out of the sink and flooded our hallway floor with 80L of water. It damaged our walls from all the shaking and movement. I am extremely unhappy with how much this machine shakes it is ridiculous. I will be contacting for a return. The machine was completely level when it was running. Within 20 seconds it moved from it’s location and nearly pulled the electrical cord out of the socket also. I would like to be contacted for a refund.

    Stayed up till 11pm trying to dry out our floors absolutely ridiculous.

      Hi Brooke, I am sorry to hear about your experience, but I have heard from our call centre who contacted you today that the issue is now resolved and the cause was that the transit bolts had not been removed from the unit. Transit bolts are present in front loader washing machines to ensure the drum does not get damaged and stays in place during transport to your home, and if left in while trying to use the unit, will cause a loud grinding noise and rattling vibration which is exactly what you have described. This is why we put large warnings and instructions in the manual on how to remove them, and also a sticker on the door to the front loader advising you to remove them before first use. We are glad that this issue is now resolved for you.

    The washing machine vibrates very annoyingly when squeezing clothes. I bought anti-vibration plates under it, but it didn’t work. I can’t put anything on top of the washing machine during the spinning process, because it will inevitably fall and break.

      Hi Zaidan, can you please confirm if you’ve removed the transit bolts from the back of the washing machine? For front loaders, transit bolts are installed to make sure the drum doesn’t rotate or get damaged during transit, but there are warning stickers over the washing machine when you unpack it to remove these transit bolts. If the transit bolts aren’t removed, the machine will violently vibrate and shake and could cause damage to the drum. It sounds like this could be what is happening.     I was also surprised not to find a hot water connection Manraj. Yet, I can live with it as there is a water heating element which will warm up the water as the chosen washing program requires.
    I used the machine 3 times now and noticed that the drum not always rotates when it should (during filling?). I weighed the washing after it finished, spin dried but wet: 4 kilo. I soon will test with a load of 7.2 kilo dry, and let you know if the drum shows no signs of being in trouble.

    We just bought it last week and we found that it is just cold wash, no hot water system included in it, that’s very upseting. It does not have any information regarding this on it’s box.
