    I just bought few days ago, first time using it. It shaken crazyly and make v loud noisy like going to explode, and my dryer on top of the machine fell down. What did i do wrong?

      Hi Stacey, I’m very sorry to hear about this, but it sounds like you may have not removed the transit bolts. In front load washing machines there are transit bolts on the rear of the machine, they are there to keep the drum stable so it doesn’t spin around or get loose during transportation to your home. When you first get the unit you are meant to remove these transit bolts, otherwise you are trying to use the machine while the drum is still bolted in place, which will cause excessive noise and vibration like the fault description you have mentioned. There would have been a warning sticker on the door that you would have physically needed to remove before first use. Please check the instruction manual installation guidelines as it will tell you how to remove these transit bolts. I hope this helps.     Well, I was skeptical at $500. The machine has washed and spun the first load perfectly. There was one strange thing that my wife said it washed for quite a while longer than the program. She videoed it for 3 minutes on the last minute of the cycle. Does it have a smart setting that makes it run longer if it hasn’t completed its cycle properly?

      Hi Steve, thank you for your review! To answer your question, the running times on the programs and are for reference purposes only. The actual running times may be different depending on the type and weight of your wash load and the washing temperature, so if it’s a heavier load then yes it will detect that it needs a few minutes more, for example.     I brought my Stirling front loader washing machine about 2 years ago and now the door lock has stopped working and I am trying to get a replacement door locking mechanism with great difficulty.

    I’m offering a review of my earlier Aldi Stirling front loader – it is very similar to the current model and worked faultlessly for 12 years. I have now happily replaced it with the current model and so far so good. Very happy with this product.

    Bought this product from Aldi, July this year. It stopped working just last month. Did all I can and contacted almost everyone. I have the receipt and the machine has warranty.

    I bought the 10kg front loader 4 months ago from Aldi, use once to twice a week. Three days ago it went into an error that will not clear! My laundry has been stuck in there since then – it will all be stuffed!
    Called customer service, because I can’t find my book with receipt attached – no can help!
    I have the box it came in, serial number – don’t they know when it was made by that!?
    Not three years ago!
    Have bank statement showing the amount of money spent at Aldi – $499 – not groceries!

    Think I should video smashing it with a sledgehammer and put the vid on YouTube

    Our Stirling is the best front loader washing machine we’ve ever purchased. It hasn’t let us down in many years.
    7.5 kg isn’t a problem for a big family and we use it every day. I hope this doesn’t mozz us lol. We probably did need the bigger size but Stirling does a great job. Thumbs up.
