I bought this and the matching toaster & they look great but the lid of the kettle is bubbled and the silver coating is coming off. Is there any possibility of getting a replacement?

Stratches very easily and coating on the lid comes off entirely. Also no safety switch if lid isn’t on properly so potentially dangerous.
